I once posted my views on various Land based NFTs. These type of the games and the NFTs only have the value if there are metaverse and the games surrounding the game. I noticed that there are some game developers who realized this. And they are forming the NFTs and the games around the Metaverse. I recently looked at one of the game named - Oxya Origin.
Oxya Origin is a metaverse that would be releasing bunch of games with it's own token, NFTs and the reward system. Which would make up the metaverse that would be for the cross gaming and rewards. It'd be graphically rich SciFi and multiplayer set of games in this verse.
The game is being deployed on the Ethereum Blockchain. And it makes up the $OXYA token. The token makes it easy for anyone to use the in game rewards and the NFTs. They have the plan to use the player-run-DAO governance in the upcoming roadmap updates. I also realized that the game's consists of the DAO would be more open thing and will attract more gamers into it.
Few months before they released the alpha gameplay for you to check out. Which is something I'd recommend you to do that as it would give you a direction on the future game direction.
As you can guess the game is designed in Unreal Engine. And it's pretty cool in terms of the graphics and also the gameplay. I do think that the NFTs usage in the SciFi games has been increasing. Though it would overall increase the cost of the game involvement but it's alright considering the play to earn games are getting expensive and we have no say in that.
It'd be a good game to explore once the LAND utility inside game comes out. And also the various reward economies get into the motion. It'd get some interesting value for you to test in the game. If you like SciFi games then this one is worth exploring.
