A lot of cards have different systems for holiday settlement, weekend settlements and intraday all with different options. And often the same is followed by bank cards, visa, mastercard and others. They would be entering the stable regulated coins and would settle onchain. 

They have partnered with the ARQ for this integration for settlement with the stablecoins and the onchain settlement features.So this is a great new change coming in. 

Lot of USD stablecoins are already available for settlement for example: PYUSD, USDC, USDG, USDF and many others. Now the alt coins like Solana, Polygon, Base, and others are also there. So it's not just like the stablecoin but also the alt coins that are there.
