It's been a while that OpenUSD foundation has started pulling in the business from the USA. And the companies are adopting the stablecoin. Now they are also deployed on the Solana through certain set of the providers. So this would be a thing that is in the motion of the adoption. 

Mastercard is now adopting the Solana and they already have their adoption into the Solana. And now that they have the base set they are also adopting the OpenUSD. This would bring the more control for the stablecoin market for them. 

Another addition is that Solana launched the program called "Agent Pay" which would make the POS machines pay for the humans. So that would be something Mastercard wishes to adopt and bring the automated payments into the Mastercard supported devices. Which would be something they would soon bring out too.
