Digital vaults are now a thing. Veda vaults and Kamino are known options out there. And there are rise in the vaults storing the Solana based assets. So the stablecoins are the most obvious assets apart from the Solana, Etheruem and Bitcoin based assets. 

Take example of Galaxy curation that does the investment with the Veda vaults. And now they are adding the USDC and USDT with the institutional vaults on Kamino.
