Privy was recently acquired by the Stripe. Some of the companies acquired by the Stripe with the crypto and now they are continued to work on the variety of the changes with their OSS contribution. So one such recent update was done by the Jito which was around the tool named - Fullsend.

Think of the time when the transactions happen through Privy, this new tool makes the push directly through solana block builder. 

This tool rotates the list of the block builder leaders and then routes the transactions happening in the wallet to the appropriate wallet sign to nearest leader in wallet. This makes it easier for anyone to build with Privy and get their transactions processed faster. In that context you would understand that jito has built a decent tool for the SOL transactions.
