I remember the time when I got graduated and started working on the jobs that had the monthly paychecks system. I later started some side gigs which used to pay weekly. I didn't become rich from those and they kept me floating every month. They managed to put me into the pedestal like most of you have experience in their adult life working for some company or person.

Today we have some of the platforms that allows the Writers, developers, artists and other creators to have a income out of the people who use that content and appreciates the creator in the form of the tips. Slowly the world is adjusting itself to the tipping economy which helps a lot of creators to transition from dependency to self sufficiency.

How reasonable is tipping economy?

I remember the first time when I checked out the Patreon. People fund their favorite artists, blogger, developer on monthly or one time basis if they appreciated the work. Then came the models like buy me a coffee, KoFi and few other similar platforms that offered the same tipping mechanism for the users. Later the sites like noise.cash and read.cash, Publish0x made even more progress on this front.

Slowly the tipping has been increasing in many other places too. Instagram has added a new feature of supporting the creator of the choice. You can also do the same in near future with the Twitter. Overall I feel like this tipping ecosystems would be part of the Internet and it has power to change the life of many people.

Why it is reasonable? Because you are helping the artists to not use the ads and the other monetization options. You are not being tracked and sold if you tip them. Some of such features and the benefits can be offered if the tipping economy is given in this case. I feel it can be pretty good in terms of the financial front.

What is the future of tipping economy in crypto?

A lot of art people who are currently relying on the funding through various places can make use of the tipping culture to make use of it for their survival. A lot of them can use it as a replacement of their job. Some can use it for their retirement savings. And some can just get some monthly assurance of funds.

You never know what you are helping other people with in their journey of life. It helps when you use crypto for tipping. Why? Because the price appreciation when the market is in good condition would be a good thing. Like I get tip during the market down times and the price of the crypto saved can have big impact when the market goes right and things improve.

I feel we have a lot of interesting years ahead to view this happening. And most of us in 30s and 40s would be appreciating how the young ones and even our age group in near future would survive on the creator tips and maybe just maybe even get to reitre and not force ourselves on dead end jobs.
