Every nation is trying to put the crypto and the prediction market under the KYC and the regulation. There is nothing wrong with that. But truth be told it is a gamble and nothing more than that. So prediction markets deserve what they go through. 

As the authorization and taxes make the prediction market more legal, we would see how that would help average citizens. 

Kalshi and the Polymarket are pure gamble. Nothing good about them. they create riots and the distrust in the country on which they create questions and establish drama around the same. 

This is not going to end up well for many nations even after the regulation and other bad stuff that is going on lately with the gambling companies. So it's reasonable they get taxed more and don't get operate in the nations around.
