Times are tough. Some people manage to earn through jobs and they are happy with the life. And some people earn through jobs and also though writing online and still bills remain unpaid. The reason being too many things in the pipeline are going to be difficult. So while keeping my eggs in multiple basket. I decided to join another social network. I already am on hive, publish0x and I thought why not on DeSo. 

Being a developer I would be mostly sharing the content specific to the code, AI and other things which are more or less nerdy. You can check out my progress over there in the Diamondapp. A lot of people over there are from the Publish0x too. They are slowly going considering since Nov last year a lot of them started. I also started with few posts which has earned thing as of now.

Here's how new profile looks like. You get few cents worth of transactions to do on the chain but then you need some DeSo in account to post content. The account who does the free airdrop for new profiles is called merlin. You can check how I got the notification for this fresh new profile. 

Here's the tricky part and going to be the tough hustle from now on. Just like I am writing on Publish0x for years and getting new followers. Same process I have to go on and grind for every followers and also the whales who would tip me. Kind of like creator economy but also you can say you are at the mercy of other people who may like you and tip you. This is why folks parents tell you that you should get a job, I am glad I do this part time and not depend on this for income.

Building account means I have to also regularly post the content and also get some tips for my account. Unlike Nostr, here you would find that it takes a bit of efforts to even get noticed and tipped. I am kind of burned out considering it is not easy to build account. Plus this social network requires you to spend some money in order for other people to notice you.
