There are companies around the world resorting to the stablecoin payout. And the only issue to that is how the salaries are being done in USDT and you'd not find govt interfering. I feel however outside US slowly their native currencies would take the charge. So now one such company named Deel which is recruitment and payroll company is making payments in stablecoin.
And the excitement about the stablecoin payment is that they are doing it through Solana chain. This would make the new norm for international payouts.
Why this is a good news and bad news? A lot of international payments are in USD which would continue on crypto too. So makes no sense for using the blockchain. Some of the time payroll companies would not worry about user payouts in near future due to transparency and also the payout in USDT makes the US based companies prime target.
