Web3 world is scattered. Each random chain these days have major project. And it becomes harder for the bridges and the connecting chains to keep track of the unification part. They can only do so much in this case. However there are some of the chains that would be bringing the unification of multiple chains and it's data together in the world of web3. 

Avail project is one such that is working on this type of the work in the permissionless, data availability layer and the security layer to be handled while united variety of the cross ecosystems under the web3 world. So they recently put the project up for funding and the investors like dragonfly, foundersfund and others have funded them around 27 for this project. 

Avail project has multiple components and it makes use of variety of those models under trinity and intends to serve through it's respective roadmap. As you can see from the model below, DA is the main component of their ecosystem. And the nexus is where the rollups of the transactions are going to happen and the fusion security layer model where the native tokens are going to manage. 

You have many chains like Polkadot that works on the bridge part. But not a lot of projects out there where the cross chains are going to be handled in singular chain view for the data and the cross chain operability ecosystem. So avail like projects intends to work on them. And they would be keeping the web3 into the unification mode. 

Interesting project worth keeping tab, and no wonder they got very high amount of funds for the development. They kind of deserve that much.
