Citing data from 1ml.com, there are now 8,086 nodes and 38,667 channels supporting Bitcoin's Lightning Network, which brings the capacity to 1,062.94 BTC.
That means nearly $5,647,253.18 worth of BTC transactions can flow freely on the second layer of the Bitcoin chain.
