These are textbook red flags, when the people behind a project start pulling out cash and limiting your ability to exit, you’re at risk of being left with worthless tokens.

At the same time, big names like Eric Trump are hyping WLFI with wild claims of a $20B valuation, and whale insiders are pushing memes like “1 token = 1 lambo.” This is classic distraction, designed to lure in new buyers while insiders prepare to cash out. Don’t let the hype blind you to what’s really happening.

USD1 is also flashing warning signs. Even though it’s reporting $1.25B in daily volume, the team is dumping governance tokens, which signals they’re exiting while the project still looks healthy on the surface. High volume can be faked, and when combined with insider selling, it’s a recipe for disaster.

The crypto world is full of these liquidity games. Teams pump up excitement, pull out their money, then leave ordinary investors holding the bag. If you see insiders selling and liquidity disappearing, it’s time to seriously consider your exit strategy.
