KOY is a Layer 1 Blockchain that has the capability to run 40,000 (TPS) Transactions per second. It can also offer fee-less transactions for users. In addition, KOY Network partners with Goodblock.io a decentralized storage and digital governance platform that uses distributed ledger tech. This means that automatically these features can be deployed onto the future applications that will be built on the KOY Blockchain. KOY Network is the newest in the Antelope.io family, an open-source Infrastructure that allows anyone to operate a node on Antelope supported Blockchains, therefore KOY Blockchain uses the Antelope Leap 4.0 protocol. The Network is built specifically for Africa and Africans in diaspora.

COOPERATE NETWORK:

KOY Network is a Cooperation incooperating several businesses that will be based in Africa. This is how KOY operates as a business. It is a Regulated chain meeting the ISO 20022 certification and regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya. We can say it is a commercial enterprise and a private entity. KOY is an incorporated company incooperated in the UK and Wales.

COMMERCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE:

Here is a breakdown of KOY's Commercial Infrastructure. The first business that will be partnering with KOY Network is dotSEND Kenya Ltd which houses the regulatory certifications and licencing that KOY Network is utilizing to deploy it's tokens. KOY has a commercial model meaning that in every country where KOY is operating, there will be a partnering company in that country securing and anchoring KOY licencing and certifications with the local financial authorities there.

KOYJUMUIYA DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization):

KOYJumuiya is a supportive organisation of the KOY Network. It is a public communications arm of the Network. The organisation is not directly linked to KOY Network. It will be an incooperated entity on its own that will have a governing committee, governance tokens and also structured DAOs. The first DAO in KOYJumuiya is the KOY Brand Ambassadors who are doing the social media work. The organisation is not directly linked to the KOY Network but their values are directly linked. Any regulatory standards KOY Network is meeting KOYJumuiya does same.
