CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 102 km cycling ride that lasted about 3h31minutes !
After the trail run of Saturday, Sunday i went for a cycling climbing workout with low to mid intensity in order to promote a good cardiorespiratory fitness and improve my climbing skills (with only 2 climbs and some short tops, i did over 1000m elevation gain). During the way to the mountain, i also practice my Time Trial mode. The way back home was very exhausting because the intensity of the wind increased a lot, making cycling more difficult with each kilometer that passed. I achieved a training effect of 3.9 ending this activity with an average heart rate of 134 HR and 165 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
