CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 25.6 km Trail Run that lasted about 2h39minutes !
Saturday i went for a trail run workout with low to medium intensity in order to improve my Aerobic Fitness. At 20k i rushed the pace doing 1k at 04:13min/km for improving my overall speed. I achieved a training effect effort of 3.2 ending this activity with an average heart rate of 132 HR and 161 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
