Thursday, almost the end of the workweek but far away from the end of the training week .... as such, with an extra effort of will, 06:30 am, time to go to the indoor power cycling trainer.

After that, i performed a 37 minutes workout with mid intensity in order to increase my aerobic performance. During training i performed 5 sets of 5 minutes of power increase and 3 minutes of recovery. Finished with a 3 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate. I achieved a training effect of 2.6 maintaining my aerobic fitness during this activity with an average heart rate of 119 HR and 148 max HR. In terms of power, i ended up with 145 W average, 251 W max. Check below my charts stats.
