It's a ball-ache, but faucets have pretty hardcore anti-fraud mechanisms, and even if you're a legit user if you spam these faucets daily like I do in your search for some sweet free crypto, chances are you're going to be seeing messages like the one above a LOT.
This post is a cautionary tale for y'all based on my learnings from using Cointiply and other faucets so much over the past year (I lost my job last March so had some time to figure out how to master these bad boys) and I am hoping this will help a lot of people. Please consider using my referral link if you would like.
Brave Browser will harm your use of faucets:

I love Brave because - you guessed it - free crypto, but because it is so secure many faucets see it as an ad-blocking VPN and will ban you outright for using it. I've contacted support many times to tell them it is Brave browser not a VPN that I use but they don't care and have no sympathy. The $30-ish in BAT I get from Brave a month is much, much less than the hundreds I could make had I not been banned, so I'm considering making new accounts and switching to Cryptotab (does anyone have a view on this browser?)
Using both mobile app and browser will put you at risk:

I figured out that I could complete Cointiply offers twice: once on my laptop then again on my phone, and for a while this worked beautifully. Don't hate me for exploiting a bug, I merely saw an opportunity and took it.
This, of course, came back to bite me pretty hard on both Cointiply and Coinpayu when I got chargebacks and subsequently banned.
Using the same offerwalls on multiple faucets will get you in trouble:
Theorem Reach is the greatest offer wall in the world, but it REMEMBERS YOU, meaning that if you use it, Pollfish, CPX or other offerwalls on multiple faucet sites, you're heading for a world of hurt when they chargeback your sweet gains. Be very wary of this.
Here's what to do about it:
Getting a ban sucks but it isn't the end of the world and there are indeed some things you can do about it:
- Enjoy the fat loyalty bonuses you earned (up to 100% on Cointiply) and keep rolling the faucet, clicking PTC and watching videos, getting sweet time back not spent filling in boring surveys.
- Spam support feigning ignorance, innocence and apologies in the hope they will take pity on you. Do this for both the faucets and the offer walls.
- If support don't like you, request that they delete all your data under a GDPR Subject Access Request - they have to do this after a certain number of days.
- Wait patiently for new offerwalls to be added that don't know what a filthy cheater you may or may not be.
- Create new accounts (but for god's sake don't use your own referral codes, they know about this!)
So there you have it, the complete guide to slightly redeeming yourself in the eyes of the faucet gods. Hopefully by the time you have been hit by the ban hammer you have enough in your delicious Nexo account (see my other post) that you're making as much in daily interest as you were via the faucets anyway.
Let me know if I've missed anything, and happy hunting!
