Bear market is frustrating for every inverstor but actually it is the best time for investing in cryptocurrencies.Dips can be found in the bear market and selling them at bull market will make extre profits. while it sounds good it is hard for people to be patient in these situations and everytime you think you found the dip seeing more lower dips can be soulcrushing. but retail investors should keep in mind that they cant find ultimate lows but they can find closer points to them it will be very profitable. so we are in a bear market right know  evrything is  related to bitcoin and we are close to lower lows any investment between  btc 15k- 20k will be good and profitable  for retail investors if they can afford to wait for few years.

if you didnt cash out at bull market  or you are a long term hodler, there are few thing you can do at bear market. first option is long term staking  atleast you can earn interest on your coins/tokens. not everybody can take risky actions but another option is cutting the loss and buying the coin at lower levels.

most important thing is keeping calm at bear market because every cycle have and and it will not be at same levels
