Ethereum is a very popular coin in the crypto market, and obviously, without Bitcoin and Ethereum, you can't expect to be in the crypto market. The reason is simple: Ethereum is the top altcoin. If you are talking about Bitcoin, it's fine, but when you talk about the altcoins, Ethereum is the first name that comes to mind, and there are multiple reasons for that. Ethereum is on top because it is the highest-valued altcoin in the market, and it is listed in the second slot after Bitcoin.
These days, the coin is doing well in the market, and the current price is more than $2,600. I am expecting that if this momentum continues, then probably we are going to see Ethereum moving towards the $3,000 price mark. I don't know when it is going to happen, but if the market momentum continues to be like this, then for sure we are going to witness this. Probably we can see this happening this quarter because generally the last quarter of the year is considered a good sentiment for the market for various reasons.
It is really hard to predict the market because technically nobody can do this, and obviously I cannot. However, looking at the overall chart progress and the momentum in the market, it is anticipated that Ethereum is going to reach a high. If the same sort of volume and sentiment continue with Ethereum, then surely we are going to experience a slight rally in the price, which will take it to a higher level. That can push its price to $3,000 USD easily.
