Money SMS is a legit mobile phone paying app. I have been using it for a long time and have been paid many times.
Basically, you install the app on your phone (if you have 2x SIM cards you can have twice the earnings). After you install it, you start receiving SMS messages on your phone. For every message you receive you get paid.
