Cointiply is one of the best free Bitcoin faucet/apps available, and one of my personal favorites. I have been paid many times in Bitcoin through this app.
It has been working since 2018, has over 5 million users and has paid out over $15 million in user rewards. 
A great thing about Cointiply is that it's available as an app that you can install on your phone, either through Google Play or Android Apps. That basically means that you can earn sweet bitcoin for free wherever you are, with your phone, as long as you have internet connection. I don't like doing anything crypto-related on my phone, but this is probably the only "crypto" app that I have and use on my phone.

They have all the classic crypto offerwall earning options. That means: games & apps that you can install on your phone and then earn crypto for every level that you complete, standard surveys (these pay the most), PTC ads, missions... They have all the best offerwall providers & survey providers.
As I've said, I have been using this app for a long time. Until the last update, there was a 60-minute free bitcoin faucet, that was changed with some of the things pictured below. 
So they have introduced this wheel spin, where you get 5 free spins per day. You will mostly get coins for this (coins are the currency of this site that you can later exchange for real crypto).
Then there's the daily mystery box. You also get coins here, sometimes offerwall boosts etc.

Anyways, let's make another withdrawal on this site. For a long time they had only Bitcoin available for withdrawal, but they have added also Dash, Dogecoin and Litecoin with lower minimum withdrawals. One more thing worth mentioning, on Cointiply you will get a 5% passive interest on the coins that you have, if you have a higher balance than 3.5$ worth of btc.
For the sake of a faster payment, I will withdraw some Dogecoin to my Binance Doge wallet.

One more thing, I wasn't able to screenshot this, but they have also added one more new verification step - in order to complete the withdrawal, you must confirm your identity through a mobile phone number. They will send you a SMS message with a code, and you finally confirm the payment by writing this code on the payment request. It's super easy.
The payment has arrived the next day, some 30 hours after the withdrawal request.
