I am so confused by the Publish0x algorithm, if anyone could shed some light on this it would be so greatly appreciated.
I began publishing articles here approximately two months ago and everything seemed to be going normal.
On average I’d say my articles received about 300 views, mostly within the first 24 hours of being published and brought in through the tips about 50 cents per article.
Obviously some articles preformed better than others, but overall everything seemed like it was going in the right direction of building an interested and engaged audience.
Then I published one article that saw tremendous success at least on the very small scale that I was used to. It gained over two thousand views in about 24 hours, breaking all my previous records by x4.
I thought to myself this must be the beginning of real growth on this platform. I wasn’t expecting such exponential growth for all my future articles, but I did assume that every once in a while there would probably be a boost which is how online communities are built.
My next article went back to my regular numbers which was reasonable and expected.
Then began the confusion. The next two three articles that I published seemed to be stuck and dead from the get go, Barely accumulating a single view in 24 hours.
I have since unpublished those articles and come to think of it could be this freeze happened after I unpublished one particular post, but it’s stuck like this for a while now and I have no idea how to get it back on its feet.
I’ve published several articles since, all struggling to accumulate any views. It’s not like anything changed on the part of the content thumbnails or tags, in fact in my opinion some of the articles that were recently published would’ve done quite well previously, but the propellor is broken.
If you’ve had this issue before or anything similar please let me know, or if you have any ideas or suggestions on how to get this blog of the ground again, at least to what it used to be please comment and let me know.
