Ok, it’s just my opinion, but these are some of the things I like about KuCoin and some of which I do not like or could use some bettering.

Pros

What I like most about KuCoin and the reason why I use it is the lending and earning programs. High yieldings, very simple and can be automated. 

Another thing that drew me to KuCoin in the beginning was, the availability of some cryptocurrencies that were not available on other platforms. That was a big deal for me. There were certain projects and coins that I wanted to get in on and add to my portfolio that I was unable to and still wouldn’t be able to without KuCoin. 

Reward programs are always good, though personally I haven’t benefited much from the KuCoin reward program it’s always good to have them around. 

Cons 

For me it is a very advanced platform with many very powerful tools and capabilities, however the tutorials or step by step walk throughs were not really very useful, usually just ended up more confused than before.

Also, there are so many different things happening on the platform it almost feels like too much and a simple less and cleaner interface might be more beginner friendly. If it was a little more simple and user friendly I feel like I’d be able to utilize more of what they offer. 

Whenever I reached out to their online support team it seemed as if I knew the platform much better than they did, it would take a long time to explain the problem or question I was having and no answer or solution was to come.

Lastly, I’m always a little concerned about the safety of the platform and security of my funds, KuCoin has been providing positive reports and showing transparency, but it’s always something to keep in mind with any centralized exchange and although I’m not sure what the ramifications are KuCoin is not a US based company which has its benefits but carries some concern.
