Dear crypto regulators, 

Our country is in a time where we are trying to restore its economic greatness and dominance on the world stage.  Our government is trying to bring back the major manufacturing industries and jobs to give us the independence and power our country needs on the world stage. 

Yet for some reason there is one industry that not only is not being accommodated on the contrary it is being actively chased out of the United States, due to relentless scrutiny, law suits, new and unclear individual regulations aimed to take down each specific part of this industry. 

It boggles the mind, we have here an opportunity to establish the future tech center of the world, with a current multi trillion dollar industry collectively, yet due to incompetence and speculative concerns we are literally paying full branches of our government to chase this opportunity away, leaving it up for grabs for any of our adversaries. 

It is obvious that for the growth of this industry it’s stability and development there needs to be regulatory clarity to enable investors to invest confidently, however it seems that there is far less effort being placed on creating this necessary clarity and much more effort being spent on chasing down those innovators in this industry and punishing them for their attempt and assuring they have no future here. 

So I ask, who does this benefit? Why can’t we embrace the future of technology and innovation and become the center of it, instead of in years time coming back to incorporate what the world has already? Why don’t we embrace this opportunity we have for the future of the finance industry? 

Let us utilize this once in a lifetime opportunity and welcome with open arms and clear regulations the foundation of the future of finance and let our country be leading the world in innovation and technology.
