Cloudfare Access Denied Error 1020

Access denied on Publish0x due to Cloudflare protection

I've been missing from the Publish0x platform for many months... First it happened because I was busy with different projects and I've focused less on the crypto market. But this happened in the first 3-4 months of this year. In May I've started to get back into crypto market and due more research about trading and about crypto projects. Also, I've became more interested in NFTs. So, at that time I had some articles prepared to be published on Publish0x platform. But trying to login on my account, I received a message saying "Access denied".

The first time when I've received this message I wasn't on my home, so I taught that it may be a problem due to the internet connection or internet protocols. Then, after returning back home I've tried again to login and I received the same message. The problem was that I wasn't able not even to read other articles on the platform. When I was typing "publish0x" into the web browser that I'm usually using, I was receiving that message instantly. Then I was thinking that this may happened due to my web browser. So I've tried to use all the web browser that I had installed on my computer. Moreover, I've tried also to use my tablet to get access to the platform, but the result was the same... access denied.

Cloudfare Access Denied Error 1020

At this point I was convinced that my account has been blocked due to my lack of activity on this platform. Because I wasn't able to read more about the conditions to publish on the platform, since I wasn't able not even to read other articles, I didn't know what to think. While searching on the internet about similar situations, I've found that other accounts have been blocked and the message received by those people was the same as I've received. Based on that I was convinced that my account has been blocked or deleted. Furthermore, for several months I haven't received not even an e-mail with campaigns or contests here on Publish0x. And that was quite strange because in the past such e-mails arrived almost every week.

At the beginning of July I received an e-mail from Publish0x support. This e-mail was informing about the fact that ETH was again used for tips on the platform. This e-mail made me to send a question back to the support team, telling them about my problem. The support team confirmed that my account wasn't blocked or deleted. And they send me some options to resolve the situation and be able to login again into my account. The support team told me that I wasn't able to login due to the Cloudfare's protection. This DDoS protection that Publish0x is using was "overzealous", to quote the response received from Publish0x support team.

The support team send me some recommendations to solve the Cloudfare Error 1020 or the access denied message. Even if I've tried all the suggestions, I wasn't able to get back my account. I've informed them about that and then I've forgot about those e-mails since I was very busy with my working projects. In the mid of July I've received another e-mail from Publish0x informing about a contest and a giveaway. It was a reminder to check again my account. But still unsuccessful! First I intended to send another e-mail to the support team, but I was extremely busy with my work and I've decided to left the situation as it was.

Two days ago from this post I've returned from my summer holiday. I was into the mountains for almost 10 days, so I didn't have internet connection. Checking for the crypto market evolution in the last almost 2 weeks, I was thinking to check again the Publish0x platform and if still not working, to send an e-mail to the support team. Surprisingly, I was able to get into the platform and to read articles posted here. Then I've used my credentials to login into my account and everything worked perfect. The proof is this post :).

However I'm not sure what happened and how my problem with the Cloudfare Error 1020 has been solved. Because after I've tried all the suggestions found in the link sent by the support team, I wasn't able to connect. Then I didn't take any step to solve the situation and when I've checked the Publish0x platform after returning from my summer vacation, everything worked fine. Maybe the administrators of the platform have solved some issues with the DDos protection that they are using. But I'm happy that I'm able to post again here. Even more if I'm quite sure that the next few months may be quite interesting and adventurous in the crypto market.
