Destra Network from phishing attack

   Recently, a phishing incident hit Destra Network. A scammer phished six figures from one $DSYNC holder. The network blacklisted the scammer with the help of scam tracker ZachXBT before $DSYNC could be dumped. The Destra team has advised being cautious of scams in the name of airdrop. ZachXBT has alerted the trackers by making the address of the scammer public.

A big legal victory for Coinbase

    In a non-SEC lawsuit filed by plaintiffs Louis Oberlander, Christopher Underwood, and Henry Rodriguez against Coinbase, a district court ruled the secondary sale of crypto was a violation of the Securities Exchange Act. However, recently, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled that secondary sales of crypto are not 'tradable securities'. This ruling gives Coinbase a major legal victory.

     Bitmex founder Arthur Hayes is the largest whale of GMX tokens. Recently, Hayes has transferred a part of his GMX assets to CEX (probably to sell). Hayes has been buying GMX since 2022. Currently, the GMX price is around $40, his average GMX purchasing cost is around $29.74 (according to Lookonchain) or $45 (according to Wu Blockchain). So, it is hard to decide if Hayes is selling GMX on profit or Dumping on Loss.
