After 1.5 years, Vitalik Buterin has emphasised the significance of ERC-4337 once again. ERC-4337 is also known as Account Abstraction, it makes using the network easier.

All activities related to ERC-4337 are increasing, be it activation of accounts, transactions, or any other; however, the majority of them are utilised on Polygon. Following Vitalik's tweet, it appears like ERC-4337's influence could grow even further, yet Vitalik presumably wishes to draw attention to Ethereum.

US government agencies won't bother Texas mining companies.
The US EIA (Energy Information Administration) sought user data from Texas-based mining companies, leading to a lawsuit by the Texas Blockchain Council and Riot Platform. On February 23, the court suspended the orders of government agencies. That matter has now been settled outside the court, under which the EIA will no longer ask for or use any such information.
