A scam project called "Uniapt" successfully won the trust of users by obtaining the Twitter Gold Mark, and made its users download Trojans in the name of game files by claiming to be a game project on the Blast network.

Iceland to cut energy consumption by bitcoin mining industry
According to the Financial Times' report, Iceland Prime Minister Katrín Jakobsdóttir blamed Bitcoin miners for overconsuming green energy and has decided to transfer more energy to the agriculture sector. (Full Report)

The L1 settlement of the Polygon zero-knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (zkEVM) mainnet beta has been completed. After this upgrade the emergency mode has been deactivated. Any other updates are subject to a 10-day timelock before taking effect.
