Changpeng Zhao was sentenced to four months in prison by Judge Richard Jones; there has been no immediate arrest yet.

Kinder Punishment due to Giggle Academy
During sentence hearing, Changpeng Zhao's new platform Giggle Academy (which is build to educate underprivileged kids) played significant role.
Judge Richard Jones admitted that CZ did not establish adequate AML protections, yet he was happy with Zhao's new academy, and did not wished to jeopardize the platform, so he was lenient while giving the punishment.

Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF's Asian debut in Hong Kong
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (HKEX) has listed six ETFs, including one ETH and one BTC, for three firms:
