Crbn.social, a new blockchain based social media network, announced some new changes, aiming to fight spam and plagiarism. It's a problem that all platforms who reward users for their content have to face sooner or later.

From now on, users will have to earn a special badge in order to be eligible for earning their token. And they will have to start posting some high quality content in order to get it. You can't even apply for it, the team will judge who deserves it.

It's not the first time they tried to combat low quality posts. But I guess all new networks try to keep a balance between growth and banning spammers. It's a very thin line and most of them don't succeed.

I think Carbon is a serious competitor to Publish0x and there are lessons to be learned from their experience.
