The German politician Ursula von der Leyen wants to have a second term in her role. The president of the European commission and former minister of defense in Germany has published her interest last week. 

While there were a lot of positive reactions all around the middle left and middle right party's, nearly every party apart from that reacted quiet negatively around this news.

After more and more informations about the funding of big pharma companies during the covid pandemic became public, Ursula v.d. Leyen faced some serious investigations. When voices became louder to have a look at her correspondence during that time, she sadly deleted all informations from her device. Some EU officials claimed that these informations deleted permanently and until now nobody was able to proof anything wrong to her.

The funny part about this story evolves now:

And that's because exactly the same thing happend already before. 

During her time as the minister of defense in Germany, fundings for external consulting skyrocketed. It went so far that here ministry sounded 500 k a day!  for them.

Just days ahead of her facing a so called "Untersuchungsausschuss", a official investigation by other parliament members, her phone got deleted. 

Note that one of her sons was consultant of one the companies she hired.
