Previous IEO of bittrex was a failure , Veriblock sale price was 0.10$ and now it's trading on 0.05$, People are not investion in Ocean IEO because most of them lost half of their investment in VBK.

That explains the anger of users and just so you know Ocean is the longest running IEO in the history as it's 13 hours has passed and still the sale is ongoing.
