The Ocean IEO is Live on Bittrex but seems like this IEO facing difficulties raising funds through IEO , even after 11 hours still 24% of tokens are remaining , bittrex previous IEO was sold in 10 seconds but this one seems like taking ages.

Binance IEO takes less than 10 seconds , Ocean has failed before to raise funds where their target was 13$million but only 1.55$ million were raised,

let's see what happens when the trading would start my guess is it would go down sharply so it would be good if people sold the moment trading would start.
