Today investing in real estate tokens is getting more and more trending. Simply because anyone can invest in real estate now thanks to the blockchain possibilities. There are bigger names like Lofty and RealT, but also lesser known names can be interesting to consider. One of them is Reitis from Romania.
A short introduction to Reitis: On their website we can read about their vision: "Reitis Community Network empowers people to invest in their future and become fractional property owners". Ok, that has my attention :)
Reitis is a residential and commercial real estate developer. They tokenize their real estate projects and give people the opportunity to share in the profits. The tokens are called XREI.

Investing can start for as little as €100 and the average annual interest is 11%. I think that's a real good percentage. Investing is done through the 'Reitis-crowdfunding Platform'. They even have a small kind of AirBNB: on 'Reitis Rental Platform' hostst and guests can contact each other for rental and hospitality services. That is the first of its kind on the blockchain, as far as I know.
I think it's worth visiting their website or watch their videos on YouTube, to study the projects of this interesting company and consider investing.
