Based on the Report Bitcoin Emoji is now on Twitter Two days ago (Feb 2, 2020), twitter added an Emoji for Bitcoin.
Jack Dorsey, Twitter co-founder and CEO tweeted the newly added Bitcoin (BTC) Emoji and tagged Unicode, urging for a suggestion to do the same, to make it official.
They said to use the Emoji, all you need to do is to type in or enter the hashtag of "Bitcoin", and the Emoji symbol will magically appear on the screen. Due to Dorsey's suggestion for the BTC symbol to add it in the Unicode, netizens show their support and they highly appreciate it. Not to mention, the Lightning Labs co-founder Elizabeth Stark also joins the request.
After the said Emoji was added, many of cryptocurrency personalities including Tron (TRX) founder and Bittorrent CEO Justin Sun tried to test tweeted the BTC Emoji. Aside from this, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance used the Emoji and suggested to join the cryptocurrency community to join in using the hashtag to get it trending on Twitter. Changpeng Zhao known as the Binance CEO also join and retweeted the message indicating "Let's do this."
