Notice all the negative "news" lately? The Bulls now bears? The bears growling even louder?
Notice how its a lot of extrapolated viewpoints? The negative expanded out infinitum?
I actually like all this negative news about crypto...the opposite of last falls $100k (and worse hopium!) predictions! If we keep seeing so much negative press and the prices stay range bound that is a very good thing in my view (ie all who want to sell have). And I also have a sense of manipulation by larger firms/traders....playing on people's emotions to cause them to do the wrong thing at the wrong time and then they take advantage of it.
I think (hence opinion not fact ;) that we are at very good long-term value prices and the conditions are being set for what will probably eventually be a very good 2023 at some point. When things turn you'll see the news turn and all the lemmings rushing back up the hillside for the eventually cliffs, which they will claim at that time don't exist. This is just the cycles of markets and human emotions.
In my opinion, now is the time to be patient, plant your seeds and allow them to grow and bloom over time. Forget all the headlines, don't get lost in "research" and youtube videos.....look out years and you'll see all you need to know. It all works out somehow....how? I don't know, it's a mystery (bonus points, that have no value, if you can name that movie that that line came from ;)...and speaking of movies, I went to see Three Thousand Years of Longing this weekend and quite enjoyed it. If you like modern day fantasy films with a wholesome message this is worth a view!).
Do I know if we've seen the bottom, or if not, when it will be? I have no idea, and frankly my dear, I don't give a damn ;) (I know, I know, enough with the movie lines). I just see high quality projects with valid uses that seem to be at prices that should be much higher in a few years time. I don't think this is the time for leverage or to take excess risk, but if you have some of your nest egg that can be left alone for a few years, It appears crypto would be a good choice to place some it. Dynamic technology with growing real world purpose.....this is the opportunity.
Anyway, just my ruminations for today. More important, get away from the tv/phone/computer and be with people you care about and go hang out in nature. Me? Off for a barefoot hike in a nature reserve in a bit (something else I recommend you try sometime). Or go see a good movie :)
