Hi everyone,

BTC and ETH are close to all-time high.

Nearly all altcoins suffer extremely in price drop.

That brought me to the idea of old stock sayings.

"Buy low, sell high".

"A stock can lose only 100%, but can gain 1000% or more".

I would like to invest some time in looking really cheap, really no-valued coins.

Maybe there is some substance that can be revealed.

An investment in a 1 SAT coin could be the foundation of a rocket-like lambo-journey?

Are you with me?

I plan to use the following approach

- use graviex, as it is common for "small, unknown" coins

- sorting for price

- identify a coin, looking into the order book

- look around in coingecko for the price history

- check for activity in bitcointalk

So, lets start, with an Demo coin.

1) Sorting for price in graviex gives me the following overview

2) I will choose NYC, as is appears to really cheap :-)

3) The orderbook does not look promising

only sell orders, no one wants this coins

4) let's visit coingecko

As you can see, NYC was big. 

Somewhere around 0.2 SAT, somewhere between 09 and 10/2020. The last order volume was reported for 07/2020.

I think, we missed this chance.

5) I will not give up and look, what is new and fresh at bitcointalk :-)

Well, positively speaking, there are more than 250 pages of entries >> positive.

Next, the entries are still in time, last entry is around 10/2020 >> positive.

When I read through some, there is more or less all the same tenor: NYC = DEAD >> negative.

Summary.

I guess, thats it, NYC was the first coin in my journey. I sorted out, that this coin is not a coin I will further look at it.

I will repeat this procedure to more coins, may I find a new gem - may I find more scrappy penny-coins.
