What is Splinterlands?
Splinterlands is a Play2Earn game, where you can play battle against other players to get a better rank or in tournaments. It is a NFT game based on Hive Blockchain, with multiple ways to capitalise and make money, real money, by playing it or trading in it. You can start earning as soon as you buy a Spellbook ($10) getting SPS tokens and NFT monster cards via daily quests and season quests (every 2 weeks). Sometimes you may even win a 5 cards packs with your rewards. You can also get rewards from staking the SPS you got from rewards, or by owning a node licence (4 Vouchers and 22 SPS daily this week), or from owning Nightmare packs (the Tower Defence game) or Land NFTs. Bonus, if you stake SPS, starting from October, for a whole year, you will receive daily GLS tokens airdropped to use on the Genesis League game.
Right now you can still buy the Runi NFT from Opensea, and NFT packs from Chaos Legion and Riftwatchers collections. An awesome hint from a really good player (not me), if you open your packs after the Legendary summoners are introduced, you have a small chance to get them from the packs. It was announced that Lands NFT are coming in the 1st quarter of 2023 now, with the new Roadmap proposed by Splinterlands. Just check this awesome page about what are the Lands supposed to do.
The Temporal Master is an Epic Life Splinter unit, with 2 Magic damage, 2 Speed and 5 Health at max level 6, all for a 3 Mana cost. Got two skills, Recharge, at level 1, doing 3 times the damage every other round, and Stun, gained at level 6. Once upgraded to level 4, it will do 6 magic damage every other round, practicallybeing an one-shoot one-kill, especially in a Ruleset like Little League or small mana cap battles, but needs to be protected by taunt cards or a good positioning.

So, for the challenge, this were the starting conditions:
Mana Limit: 27
Rulesets: Standard - no rulesets applied.
Teams:
Mine - Summoner: Mother Khala as summoner, boosting all team by +1 Health, with the Shieldbearer as tank using Taunt, and 4 magic users: Time Mage with Slow, decreasing Speed by 1, Temporal Master with Recharge (explained previously in the post), Dax Paragon. and Scavo Technomancer with Blast (damage to the cards around the one attacked). Last I used a Celestial Harpy with Flying and Opportunity, for the 2 Mana left to use.
Opponent - Summoner: Kelya Frendul, boosting Armor and Speed by +1, with Serpent of Eld as main tank using Dodge, Merdally Guardian with Heal, Ice Pixie as magic user, a dangerous Deeplurker with Opportunity and Shipping Narwhal with Snipe.
Round 1 - Hits were exchanged, but the tanks survived the round.
Round 2 - Both tanks died, and the Deeplurker killed my Temporal Master before even shooting once.
Round 3 - The opponent Healer and Ice Pixie died, while my Time Mage heroically dodged few attacks.
Round 4 - The Time mage dodged again, but the enemy sniped Dax Paragon.
Round 5 - I finally killed the Deeplurker, and the defenceless Narwhal was next. I won.
Star of the game - The Time Mage, with an impressive dodge rate ( it was like he was going back in time, this Time Mage, and see how to deflect the hit).
