There are few possible ways to make small or significant amounts of money using your crypto. What it is my strategy?
Long time ago, when it was still possible, i used faucets, airdrops and i wrote different articles and did tasks related to some of the fresh launched coins and tokens to get some cryptocurrency. Even now, my eth wallet is full of shitty and less shitty coins, some worth few cents, some useless. I used to keep most of them on my Coinbase account. A couple of years ago i also tried to do some GPU and CPU mining, using my own computers, even my phone in some cases (Electroneum, which actually is mining approx. 200 ETN monthly, valued at 40-50 cents, on a 2 years old phone - my referral code is 5256FB, if you are thinking to download the app, so we will get both a small sum of ETN). Next step was Cloud mining, and at that time was still making some profit, unlike now when most probably you will lose money doing it. I would like to think that i tried all the major legit websites Genesis Mining ,I think i still got a code here for 2.5% more hashpower when u buy anything ( DyAeHq ), Hashing24, Minergate and Hashflare, to name few of them. But in my opinion there are not any cloud mining website to be effective at the moment, so i stopped using them.
Next discovery was staking, and i started to do that with some not so famous coins such as Curecoin and Gridcoin, which i was also mining using my personal computer. Now i am a bit pissed as i choose Gridcoin instead on Neblio when i was in doubt and i wanted to use only one, and i think that i make some amazing profit of £2 on Curecoin and £25 on Gridcoin. Kucoin Exchange was just starting, so i got some Kucoin Shares token, and they are delivering some small amounts even now. When they first started, it was like a dream, as they will give you a percentage of every coin or token transaction done on their exchange, but after few months they changed, i presume it was quite difficult to do this, and now they are delivering the daily percentage only in KCS. They are also providing extra ways to get some interest via lending, staking and margin trading. They usually got some interesting coins long before the main exchanges, and they make regular promotions for them.
Then i started to stake some Tezos, and lately i moved some of my crypto on Binance ( <==referral link here so you get some free crypto ) and i am using their staking and savings options (i am using the flexible savings options with auto-subscribe, which i found it amazing, as it is adding my interest daily to the previous staked sum, so the compounding effect is there for me ). On Binance i am staking Algorand and Tezos, on the Flexible saving contract i am staking BTC, ETH, ETC, BNB, LTC, EOS, TRX and XLM. I have around 2000$ in there and i am getting around 3$ monthly, so it is like 36$ per year, or 1.8% in interest. You can stop the flexible savings contract at any time and access your crypto if you need it.
My strategy for 2020 is to top up with at least £100 every month, buying few different tokens to add to the one i already got. I consider that i got enough to experiment on Binance, so i will focus on increasing my staking on Kucoin, and this month i will buy some more TRX, LOOM, KCS, IOST AND IOTX.
I am experimenting with few other ways, including Coinbundle, where you can invest in different bundles of cryptocurrencies, and i will speak later about my other experiments as i reach to a conclusion.
I hope you enjoyed this store, and i am thinking about some other ways to share my knowledge with you, and more stories about me learning by trial and error to follow soon. Including how i make the biggest profit and which was my greatest loss in my adventure into the crypto-universe.
Stay safe!
G.
P.S. Some of the links are referral links, feel free to use it if you want to do it, i included mainly the ones that give you some free crypto, even if it is not a significant amount.
