2018 Retest ATH Possible

Crypto Market is in correctional stage-! Just hold do nothing VS. Short sell on a 1x position - possible to earn more BTC/ETH now?

To many holders, watching the market keeps falling day after day definitely gives them headache.  The truth is crypto market is in fact at the correctional stage and it is not something you and I can change.

The good news is there is something that holders may consider doing to protect the value of their assets.  That is (1x Short sell Bitcoin/Ethereum) :   Let's say we buy a bitcoin now,  Normally, our goal is to (FIRST BUY) BTC at a low price and (Secondly SELL) it at a higher price.   ----- When short sell Bitcoin, our goal is to (First SELL) it at a higher price, and (Secondly BUY) it at a lower price.  So that you can keep the spread as your profit.

What is 1x ?  What does it do?  Basically open a 1x short sell position is to lock your bitcoin in USD value so no matter which direction the price is heading to.  Your BTC will always worth the same in USD as you paid for.    Let's say, (In scenario A), I bought a bitcoin today at $40K, I decided to just hold onto it without doing anything.  If bTC goes up to $80K.  I will have 40K profit.  But if BTC goes down to $20k.  I then will lose $20k.    (In scenario B) I bought the same bitcoin at $40k but this time I open a 1x short sell position, if bitcoin goes up to $80K.  I will have 0.5BTC less but because when BTC is priced at 80k.  My 0.5BTC actually worth the same USD$40k as I paid for at the beginning. However, if BTC goes down to 20k.  I will then have a total of 2 BTCs instead of one because 2 BTCs make up the USD value of $40,000.   So no matter how BTC price jumps around, you will always have the same total value in USD and your 1x position will not be liquidated.

One thing people must understand.  Open a 1X short sell position is the same as sell out your Bitcoin now and buy back at a lower price.  E.g.  If I sell my bitcoin today at 40K, if the price drops 20K, my 40k cash can buy me 2BTCs which is the same.

*******This is not a financial advise, always do your own research!!! I am here to show you the scenarios between someone just hold do nothing and someone open a 1x short sell position.  *******This is important!!! Do not start any leverage trades unless you know exactly what you are doing or your position could be liquidated as quick as you press the enter key.....!!!    We are not here to gamble, or go to Vegas maybe a better choice than start doing leverage trades!***

Just hold do nothing VS 1x short sell BTC

Crypto Market is in fact in a major correctional stage. How can we earn more coins? What's the difference between someone just hold and do nothing, and someone who open a 1x short sell position?
