Avoiding Losses due to a more than probable USD inflation

Avoiding Losses due to a more than probable USD inflation

I'm really afraid about this continous money printing activity wich is taking place in the United States since 2020 and the Coronavirus pandemic.

This is not a joke; more and more often we see news speaking about 3 to 6 trillion $ being created anew by the Fed ( Federal Reserve System, that is, the federal central bank of the U.S.A.), but those are absolute numbers, what about relative quantities?

That is, as reported in the article I quote below, is worth considering wich fraction of total number of issued USDs , since the birth of the nation, we are speaking about: certain estimates says 22% had been created just in 2020 !!!!!

Apart from being used in the USA as cash, the American Dollar is considered , in the financial sector, the most stable and worth-to-hold currency, and so it's used as a reserve of value or as a reference asset when coming to international transactions.

The scenario of a hyper-infating dollar seems realistic to me; this will probably also be accompanied by a change in the global economy, moving to other base currencies (perhaps the China's Yuan (CNY) ? ).

So, what I will and suggest you to do is , if like me you'are investing in cryptos, to change all the various USDT, BSUD, TUSD ecc..ecc.. to Euros or ( not the British Pound (GBP)!! Be carefull to Brexit news) maybe to just buy more Bitcoin or Ethereum; while I thinks it's not good to make long term investments on others altcoins if not for a short time.

It may sound allarmistic and catastrophic, but I think that with the estimated 2% or more of inflation, we will all just losing money (purchasing power, actually) if we continue to hold USDs.

Personally, I've already made this change: I've converted all USDs stablecoins to Euros, wich I will use as soon as possible to buy Bitcoins at the next market bottom, wich I think we will see soon if a new wave of coronavirus cases will show up this winter.

There are more than one exchange where you can store Euro (EUR) , like Coinbase and Binance, here my referrals link if you still don't have an account there:

  • Coinbase :  10$ bonus if you make a trade worth at least 100$  within 180 days after registration----> link
  • Binance   :   get a 10% lifetime fee discount upon opening your account with this link ----> link

Ps: If you already have a Coinbase account, you can easly earn 10$ worth of EOS and XLM (Stellar Lumens) at those links ( Link_1 Link_2) , by just completing a small quiz.

Personally speaking, I've finished my Master degree in Phyisics here in Rome, but I'm still searching for a good job, without success for now. For me my cryptos accumulated in the past years are really a reserve of value and sometimes, unfortunately , I have to spend them a bit.

How? With the Binance Card! If you want, go reading this article in wich I tell how and well this Card works, through the real story (funny one, it involves a restaurant at the beach :-) ) of how I've started using it

How do you rate this article?
