When I first heard about a crypto mining app called X.ME promising an airdrop, I thought — maybe this is my chance to finally earn something. I didn’t know much, but I was hopeful.
Here’s the real story of what I joined, what confused me, and what’s actually happening on the app now.
💭 Why I Tried It in the First Place
Someone I follow on Telegram (who always shares crypto updates and airdrop tips) posted about X.ME — a new app claiming they would give out tokens in a big airdrop on June 15, 2025. It sounded urgent:
“Don’t miss this.”
“Airdrop soon.”
“Get in early.”
That alone pulled me in.
So I downloaded the app, registered with my phone number, completed the facial verification, and hoped for the best.
😕 What Surprised and Confused Me
Instead of mining, the app launched with something called a “genesis referral program.” The only way to earn was by inviting others — each referral gave you a genesis badge and small token rewards.
They said actual mining would begin after the referral phase, and that tokens would be withdrawable by June 15.
But June came… and nothing was withdrawable. That confused me and many others.
Eventually, they ended the referral phase and officially launched the mining feature.
⚙️ How the Mining Works Now
The app is now live for mining — and it works a little differently than most “click-to-mine” apps.
The interface looks like a rocket that you fuel through daily social activities such as:
✅ Liking posts
✅ Viewing content
✅ Watching reels
✅ Sharing content
✅ Publishing your own posts
It honestly feels like a mix of Twitter and TikTok, but with crypto rewards.
The more active you are, the more tokens you earn. So far, I’ve earned about 268.90 XME, which is currently worth ~$3.82. It may not sound like much, but for free daily activities — especially starting with zero capital — it adds up.
🔐 Can You Withdraw the Tokens?
According to their rules, to unlock withdrawals you must:
-
Complete liveness verification
-
Invite friends who also verify and earn an event badge
-
The more verified invites you get, the more withdrawal bonus you unlock
They’ve also warned that cheating (fake invites, bots, etc.) can lead to lost rewards or even account bans.
So far, the team gives weekly updates every Sunday, and the app seems to be developing steadily.

💡 Final Thoughts
I didn’t try this app because I’m a crypto expert — I’m still learning every day. I joined because I’m always looking for small, low-risk opportunities to earn and support myself and my family.
Even though it didn’t go exactly as expected, I’m glad I joined. It reminded me that in crypto, not everything is clear or instant — but every experience is a lesson.
So, should you try it?
👉 Maybe — if you’re okay with small earnings, daily activity, and no instant withdrawals.
👉 Definitely not — if you’re looking for fast, guaranteed profits.
