Celsius nightmare nearly over...not really

*update below it is all a scam*

After nearly 2 years of having my crypto blocked and partially stolen by Mashinsky and his team the nightmare seems to be over hopefully in the coming days as the effective date became effective and distribution around the corner, however the process to come as been the most catastrophic and amateurish at best. There has been since over 17 days been no official communication from failed Celsius nor the representing UCC about the distribution only unofficial sources on twitter, there is one court docket confirming the effective date.

I have actually no idea how much I will be getting back as there has been no official communication about this neither.

Mashinsky and his gang are on to new scams it seems, however there is some trial but I guess they will pay themselves out of it, they deserve jail.

For those not familiar Celsius portrayed themselves as a crypto bank but as your friend looking out for you, Mashinsky silver tongued constantly telling lies about the financial status, there were red flags everywhere but everyone too gullible to doubt.

There was a lot of insider activities going on. I feel for the people who lost live savings, I lost something I can replace luckily and partially already did (still low on my ether come back:( but that will come sooner or later

What I learned: your keys are very important! Otherwise it's not really yours...

Do your own research, easier said than done....

Don't trust a CEO easily they all want your money, life is no charity!

Twitter is full nuts!

Still don't give up in crypto, don't waste your life on it either!

UPDATE: it seems the scam continues, not only for me but for a majority of victims, as the claim payout turns out as debacle if not fraud.

Celsius and all parties involved like Stretto, Kirkland and Ellis, Whitecase and even the UCC who are supposed to be on the victims side refuse to acknowledge that there are issues, do not address support tickets submitted and all the while time ticking away. Now it seems it is the responsibility of the third parties like coinbase and PayPal to be responsible for the distribution and not Celsius/Stretto anymore? This is a serious scam/fraud going on here.

The ones who received their claim are lucky, the ones once vocal no longer are. The Celsius community never existed it was all a lie!
