The Power of Blockchain Accessibility

When you log in to your computer and click on your little internet icon (whichever it may be, I don’t judge) you don’t even have a second thought, hell maybe not even a first thought, it’s just reactionary at this point. This is all too common with tasks that are regularly done in our day to day lives, so much so that we subconsciously perform an action without truly having the thought to perform such action. Well from what I know there are certainly a large number of individuals who do take that second to think about which internet icon and browser they would like to use. With a decent number of internet browsers available to use and each with its unique esqe, they are making the availability and therefore accessibility of the internet for people with different styles. While knowing the profound ability for an internet browser to have the reach that every marketing in the firm wishes they had at their fingertips, we can rightly assume that a fully integrated blockchain internet browser will have incredible success.

To put things into perspective a bit we can take a look at the Brave browser, which is merely a modified version of google’s Chrome that gives you some extra privacy and a few of their Basic Attention Token every month. Well within a year brave increased their monthly users by 230% according to their post they also stated that the monthly user count surpassed 20 million. All I am thinking is, how much better could this be if the browser were fully integrated into the blockchain and offered a full suite of blockchain technologies. To be fair they do have the ability to add the Metamask extension which, I hate, but that’s beside the point.

“Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.” ~William A. Foster

If the ability to give the world access to everything that blockchains have to offer with just the click of an icon while also providing the same seamless service as other providers, there is no doubt that the adoption rate would be unimaginable. For those that don’t think much about their provider, imagine utilizing a blockchain integrated, secured, and privacy protected browser that provides you with more than just your average internet browser. The integration of the blockchain technology would log all of your personal transactions within your own secured browser and would not be viewable by third parties. Not only that but the data that you privately store is building you value that can be utilized within the browser and its many applications.

Obviously, this is all only in theory and if/when such a browser is released and begins to be adopted by the masses it will be one huge accomplishment for blockchain technology. If you don’t think that it would be nice to have an integrated browser that affords all the benefits that blockchain technology has to offer I would absolutely love to hear your opinion. The internet, in my opinion, will be changed dramatically and the way programmers, that random guy, banks, governments, and yes even you giant technology companies will be profoundly affected. While this is a huge step forward for our personal privacy, it makes a major hurdle (possibly) for smaller companies that have had to adapt to the new technology. Or maybe it will make it far more simple for the smaller companies to have successful businesses while larger companies will certainly lose a large portion of their marketing data. Either way you like to slice your cake, this possibility of a fully integrated smooth running web browser that has all the newest privacy features really makes me look forward to the future. Considering the fact that I never use Metamask and would much rather get on to one of my web3.0 enabled wallets, personally, this makes me quite excited just for the functionality without any extras. If you have been following me you obviously know what I am referring to, however, I wanted to do a personal piece that just looked at my vision of what could be possible with this kind of technology.

I have been around since the early days of bitcoin, I unfortunately wasn't smart enough to hold any of them. Now I mainly do a plethora of research almost daily while passively earning crypto from a couple faucets.
