Off late Google hasn't been too kind to the crypto community. It first started off with the removal of metamask wallet from the playstore and then started sending out warnings and banning many famous crypto channels in YouTube last month. The ban had been reversed after sometime but now Binance had been removed from the playstore yesterday but not from the apple store. 

If you search binance playstore on twitter also you can find many people complaining that it had been taken out of the playstore.

The binance customer support had replied yesterday with this tweet.

Google clearly a central authority doesn't like anything in the likes to crypto which is slowly snatching away its power. The more people keep talking about you the more you're doing something right and clearly in this statement the 'you' refers to bitcoin! Let's wait and see what CZ and Google have to say about this latest ban.

EDIT: The Binance app is now again available on the playstore. It had been removed for a day and no valid reason for the removal has been mentioned till now.
