Avalanche-based SocialFi Stars Arena has reached a settlement with the hacker who drained AVAX worth $3 million from the platform on October 7.

Hacker returns assets

     On October 8, Stars Arena set up a special white-hat development team to find a solution. It seems that the platform had reached an agreement with the hacker, which is why it was ready to make a deal, and it also moved its assets to a multisignature wallet.

The Whitehat Bounty

     The hacker got 10% of the stolen money as bounty fees, and Stars Arena got 90% of its assets back, excluding the additional 1000 AVAX that were considered lost in Bridge. People are now making satires and speculations on this incident.
