SBF is in jail for stealing $10B. Now trail of Do Kwon is set to decide on his $40B scam.
Guilty of $40B crash pleade not Guilty
The U.S. Attorney's Office in New York has charged Do Kwon, the founder (and fraudster) of Terra Luna, with nine counts of fraud. In front of Southern District of New York Judge Robert Lehrburger, Do Kwon entered a not guilty plea to all of the accusations. Not surprised, even scam king SBF pleaded not guilty.
The Extradition was reasonable
Do Kwon is facing US court because Montenegro extradited him to the United States on December 31 via Interpol. Montenegro was earlier going to accept South Korea’s request, but probably the Montenegrin administration is terrified of Trump, and Do Kwon had nothing left to bribe, so they have no interest in keeping him.
Do Kwon Trial is Set
I think Do Kwon has little chance of escaping a harsh penalty because Trump is going to take the office soon. Do Kwon will now be prosecuted; he faces charges that carry a potential sentence of 130 years in prison. It remains to be known what witnesses the prosecutors have gathered against this mastermind of the scam.
