Smart developers and clever people cashed on Twitter posts that happened between Elon Musk and McDonald’s.

Dogefather Elon Musk has urged McDonald’s to accept dogecoin as a method for payment at their outlets, in a tweet on Jan 25, 2022, Musk even offered to show himself on TV eating Happy Meal.

     However, McDonald’s has no plans, in a quoted reply, it told Musk to accept "grimacecoin" for Tesla products.

     Although there is no such thing as a grimacecoin, Grimace is a McDonald's commercial character,   but no such coin was developed. However, many developers immediately used this joke to make a new meme coin named Grimacecoin. Multiple Grimacecoins were soon launched using BSC, ERC and other blockchain platforms.

    Dogecoin only gained 7% rise after Musk's tweet, but new million dollar market capitalization was gained by multiple Grimacecoin in just few hours. Many people started investing in those newly launched Grimacecoin cryptos without trying to check the background.

This helped many developers, however, no doubt that even scammers used this joke to make a quick buck out of people who fall for this.
