El Salvador - Bitcoin has become a fully legalized currency, but the rest of the cryptocurrencies have no legal recognition.
India – There are millions of cryptocurrency consumers, the industry is also if favour of accepting cryptocurrencies as tradable commodity. However, the central bank is in favor of issuing its own digital currency and a complete ban on other cryptocurrencies. Government is refraining from upsetting public, hence, no decision has been taken on cryptocurrency in India so far.
Paraguay - Cryptocurrency is considered as a factor to promote the consumption of cheap and adequate energy, and help economy. The bill to recognize the mining and trade of cryptocurrencies has been passed in the Senate, (the Upper House of Parliament). But the decision on this will be taken in the next year (2022) in the Chamber of Deputies, (the lower house of the Parliament).
