Coinbase might move out of US, Gary in trouble

By Yugocean | Crypto Champion | 20 Apr 2023

Coinbase is at loggerheads with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the company is ready to move out of the US, if things don't go well.

Gary is Responsible

Gary Gensler, head of the SEC, always interferes with the crypto companies and creates an uneasy atmosphere in the name of regulations but has never provided proper regulations to help the companies understand them.

Troubled Coinbase Trobles SEC

Coinbase is the first US crypto company that is fully registered and even listed on NASDAQ. Just like others, Coinbase is also fed-up with Gary.  Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has decided to go to court and move out of the US if needed.

Matter is even with House

Recently, a US House committee led by Republicans also lashed out at Gary for forcing companies to leave the US. Armstrong's decision is going to hit the SEC in court too.
